MIDDLETOWN, Pa.,Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A major winter storm expected across much of the state this weekend has prompted the Pennsylvania Lottery to cancel Mega Millions® bus tour events that were scheduled for Saturday and Sunday in Johnstown and Altoona.
